  • Office Hours: Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and Saturday morning 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Voice Mail is available to leave non-office hour telephone messages. Evenings and Saturdays are available by appointment.

 

  • Fees: Written Fee Agreements for fixed fees, hourly rates or contingent fees are usually entered into with the Client at the Initial Conference or shortly thereafter. Please take note that legal representation by this office does not begin until execution by the Client and the Attorney of a Fee Agreement and payment of the agreed sum of money to retain the Attorney to take the case in flat fee cases and hourly fee cases. In contingent fee cases, legal representation usually begins after execution by the Client and the Attorney of a Fee Agreement.
